chinese snack:Rou Jia mo

Rou jia mo (pinyin: ròu jīa mó), hot meat sandwich, is a snack widely consumed in China, especially in the province of Shaanxi. In Muslim areas and in Xi'an, the meat is usually beef, and in Gansu it is often lamb. It consists of finely chopped fried or stewed meat, often with coriander and mild peppers, stuffed in toasted wheat flour flatbread.
Rou jia mo costs less than 6 yuan in any part of China and is considered an alternative to the Western hamburger. It can be found in many street hawker stalls or near Chinese mosques.
